She loves both desserts, but traveled to Italy to perfect her gelato-making technique with the experts. Gelato has a slightly lower fat content than ice cream, which allows for a more flavorful taste. Elisha puts a NorCal twist on her gelato by incorporating fruits from Napa Valley to create new and unique flavors.
