Join us at Forum for a special wine dinner when The Wine Center’s Kelli White will be joined by two of the Napa Valley’s most iconic vintners, Jeff Smith of Hourglass Winery and Ric Forman of Forman Vineyard, as we taste our way through changes in the Napa Valley’s approach to winemaking since the 1970s over a multi-course meal by Executive Chef Alejandro Ayala.

Jeff and Ric, along with Kelli, will discuss the customary approaches of each decade since the 1980s, today’s dominant practices, and what the future might hold as we look back on the evolution of our unique terroir. Wines featured throughout evening, including individualized course pairings, will represent a different Napa Valley wine for each of the last six decades.
